Are your certifications actually recognized by employers?

Yes. We're DEAC-accredited and authorized to operate in all 50 states. Our vendor-aligned tracks (CompTIA, AWS, PMI, SHRM) prep you for the actual industry exams. We publish outcome data quarterly — see our Gainful Employment Disclosure for placement rates by program.

How long until I'm "done" and earning?

Most career-change programs run 4–9 months at part-time pace. Microcredentials run 6–10 weeks. Externships happen during the last 30 days. Our placement team starts working with you at the midpoint, not at graduation.

Can I really get someone to pay for this?

Eligibility varies: GI Bill (post-9/11 veterans), state WIOA grants (most states cover full tuition for in-demand fields), employer reimbursement (89% of US employers offer something), Affirm 0% APR installments, and our internal Forge Forward scholarship for parents re-entering the workforce.

What makes the Train-the-Trainer Hub different?

Our Access-to-Learners practicum. We give trainee assessors and instructional designers real beginners to teach as part of the program — nobody else in the US does that. It came from our UK affiliate's 28-year-old approach, adapted for the American L&D market.

Do you offer programs in Spanish?

Yes. Eight of our highest-enrollment programs (including Cybersecurity Fundamentals, Medical Assistant, and Logistics) are delivered fully bilingual with Spanish-speaking instructors.
